Customer Service QA Specialist — Order Resolution
J&B Medical
J&B Medical is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative – Quality Assurance in Wixom, MI to research why orders are held and take the next steps to resolve them. This is a full-time role with a standard 8:00 am to 5:00 pm schedule. Essential duties include reviewing held orders, routing requests to the Prescription Renewal Team when needed, coordinating with IT for system issues, documenting notes in the system, and informing supervisors of unusual problems. #J-18808-Ljbffr J&B Medical
