What You'll Be Doing As a cook at TAP & POUR, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items to perfection, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service.
- Monitoring inventory and assisting in food preparation to minimize waste.
- Bringing creativity and consistency to every dish you prepare.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- 3 years of experience working in a kitchen or culinary setting.
- A solid understanding of cooking techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- A team-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality food.
- Flexibility to adapt to the needs of a busy kitchen environment.
