Key Responsibilities Develop and implement detailed treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, utilizing a wide range of therapeutic modalities. Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to design effective rehabilitation strategies, adjusting them as necessary throughout the treatment process. Employ hands-on techniques, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, while incorporating advanced modalities like electrical stimulation and ultrasound therapy. Maintain effective communication with patients regarding their progress, addressing their concerns and providing guidance on home exercise programs. Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure well-rounded care and optimal patient outcomes. Patient Population / Client Focus Our facility serves a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgery, athletes dealing with sports injuries, and elderly patients facing mobility challenges. You will have the opportunity to work closely with patients from different backgrounds, understanding their individual goals, and helping them achieve improved functionality and quality of life. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in physical therapy or related field. Demonstrated ability to work independently and in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Strong commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care with an emphasis on ethical practices. Preferred Experience Experience in therapeutic modalities and treatment techniques specific to orthopedic and neurologic rehabilitation. Proficiency in outcome measurement tools to monitor and evaluate patient progress effectively. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and rehabilitation documentation standards. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
