Description

American Traveler is hiring a Trauma Performance Improvement RN with a hybrid remote option, requiring a CA RN license and prior trauma PI experience.

Details

Support a hospital's trauma program in a Trauma Performance Improvement (PI) role
On-site day shift, Monday through Friday during normal business hours (40 hrs/week)
Hybrid model with remote days may be considered

Requirements

Active CA RN license required
BSN or higher required
Minimum of 1 year of performance improvement experience required
Minimum of 3 years of Emergency, Critical Care, or Trauma experience required
Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification required
Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) preferred but not required

Additional Information

Support and help drive performance improvement initiatives within the trauma program

Hours per week: 40

Hours per shift: 8
