Role Overview
We are seeking a Banking Payments Expert with deep knowledge of payment systems, processes, and regulations to support business initiatives, digital transformation, and operational improvements. The ideal candidate will act as a subject matter expert on payments, collaborating with business, technology, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in domestic and cross-border payment systems including SWIFT, RTGS, ACH, and card networks

• Support payment operations, process optimization, and digital payment initiatives

• Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to implement solutions

• Analyze, design, and optimize payment workflows and processes

• Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements

• Assist in evaluating and implementing payment technologies and platforms

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–12 years of experience in banking payments or payment operations

• Strong understanding of payment processing, clearing, settlement, and reconciliation

• Knowledge of payment regulations and risk frameworks

• Experience in process improvement, business analysis, or digital transformation initiatives

• Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with digital payment platforms, fintech solutions, or payment gateways

• Familiarity with SWIFT, ISO 20022, RTGS, ACH, and card payment networks

• Consulting or advisory experience (nice to have)
