UAT IVR Testing

Job Title

Required Skills:

• At least 8+ years of hands on experience in functional / UAT testing
• Proficient in various testing techniques like black-box, white-box, boundary value, business functional verification.
• Ability to create comprehensive and well-structured test cases and test scripts with clear test steps and expected outcomes based on business functionalities
• Execute Test scripts for systems according to business functionality and requirements manually. Automation test execution is a bonus.
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools and processes to effectively report and manage defects / issues.
• Knowledge in Agile methodologies
• Domain knowledge of Commercial Lending and/or testing Salesforce systems is a bonus
• Solid analytical and research skills, and use of good judgment in decision making and sense of urgency for high priority issues
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
• Experience authoring professional documentation and incorporating feedback
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively and efficiently
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and effectively convey testing results.

For IVR Testing:

• Hands on experience testing Interactive Voice response system and tool knowledge to test IVR.
• Experience in Genesys is preferred
• Working experience in voice/dtmf, routing, inbound/outbound
• Experience verifying the logic of the Call Flow and requirements
• Review and analyze business functionality specifications.
• Develop detailed functional test plans and test cases based on requirements.
• Create manual test scripts.
• Execute test cases and analyze results to identify defects.
• Executing automation test cases in long term6. Document test proof and update test results with pass/fail in test management tool
• Document and report defects to the development team
• Collaborate with the development team to resolve issues and retest the software.
• Participate in sprint discussions and meetings
• Ensure that the software adheres to quality standards and follows best practices.
• Participate in team meetings to provide feedback on the software and testing process.
