Physical Therapist
Location: Tacoma, WA
Salary: $80-104K annually depending on experience

MyTeam Medical Staffing seeks to fill a Physical Therapist position. This is an immediate need and the candidate must be able to provide supporting documentation for this position. Physical Therapist will be committed to enhancing each patient’s quality of life in an ethical, sensitive, and caring manner. Key Responsibilities

• Screen patients
• Perform patient evaluations and develop initial and interim treatment and discharge plans
• Document progress toward identified objectives
• Oversee Physical Therapy Assistant(s)
• Develop and implement new programs/techniques to enhance physical therapy services.
• Conduct patient and family education
• Deliver quality physical therapy services
• Put patient service first

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• State licensure or eligibility
• Stable Work History
• Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player
• Hospital, Long-Term Care or Assisted Living experience preferred
