As the business continues to scale, it is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Engineer to take ownership of the documentation and administrative core of its projects - and grow with the business over the long term.


In this role you will manage RFIs, submittals, subcontracts, and invoicing, acting as the critical link between the field, subcontractors, the design team, and the Project Manager. You will have clear visibility across all aspects of project delivery, giving you the foundation to progress quickly within a business that promotes from within.

The Role:

• Manage the full RFI and submittal process - prepare, log, track, and follow up to ensure timely responses and approvals
• Administer subcontracts from preparation through to change order amendments and compliance tracking
• Process subcontractor pay applications, prepare owner draw requests, and maintain job cost tracking
• Support project close-out including punch lists, warranties, O&M manuals, and final documentation packages

The Person:

• Background in construction with hands-on experience managing RFIs, submittals, or subcontract administration
• Familiar with construction contracts, pay application processes, and document control software
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams accurately and to deadline
• Strong communicator with a proactive approach; multifamily or commercial construction experience a plus
