Work Environment
As a Physical Therapy Assistant at our facility, you will work onsite in a hospital environment equipped with state-of-the-art rehabilitation technology. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans developed by Physical Therapists, ensuring optimal patient care based on their specific needs.
- Deliver hands-on therapy with a focus on manual techniques and functional exercises to help patients recover mobility and enhance their daily activities.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, ensuring compliance with billing practices and regulatory standards.
- Engage actively in team meetings to discuss patient progress and adapt treatment strategies as needed, fostering teamwork and communication.
- Adhere strictly to state and federal regulations governing patient care and documentation.
Patient Population / Client Focus
You will primarily serve orthopedic patients, guiding them through rehabilitation protocols tailored to conditions such as post-surgery recovery, sports injuries, chronic pain management, and mobility impairments. Qualifications
- Must possess a valid New York State License for Physical Therapy Assistants (NYS Licensure).

Compensation and Benefits
The Physical Therapy Assistant position offers a competitive salary range of USD 50,000 to 60,000 annually, with potential productivity bonuses. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
