Team Leader

The Team Leader role is designed for individuals ready to grow into leadership while gaining hands-on experience across every part of the business. You’ll build expertise in campaign execution, customer acquisition, and team development—while stepping into real leadership responsibility early in your career. The Role This is a full-time, in-person position based in New York, with campaigns operating throughout Manhattan. You’ll lead by example in high-traffic environments, supporting the execution of live campaigns while developing and mentoring team members. This role combines hands-on performance with real-time leadership, giving you the opportunity to directly impact both individual and team success.
