POSITION TITLE:

The Production Lead oversees production on the cartline to ensure everyone is on track and moving in the right direction.

ESSENTIAL POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Required Skills/Abilities: Resolve assembly and production issues. Operate designated assembly/packaging equipment. Prepare and clean assembly area prior to production setup. Assemble parts into complete assembly. Set up assembly for production. Inspect product to verify production specifications. Maintain required quality and production levels. The ability to lift 30-50 pounds. Pull & Label Orders. Other job duties as assigned. Education and Experience: 1 or more Years of Assembly/Factory work High School Diploma or Equivalent Physical Requirements and Work Environment: Must be able to lift 50lbs or more.
