Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and growing all aspects of the company's marketing, including digital marketing, social media, advertising, branding, lead generation, and company events. This role also manages the accurate and timely posting of truck inventory across the OTS website, TruckPaper, YouTube, social media, and other marketplaces. The Marketing Manager will continually identify new opportunities to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities / Essential Job Functions:

• Lead and manage all company marketing initiatives, with a focus on increasing brand awareness, lead generation, and sales.
• Manage the marketing and advertising of truck inventory across the OTS website, TruckPaper, YouTube, Facebook, social media, and other marketplaces.
• Oversee the creation of accurate truck listings, including photos, videos, specifications, descriptions, and window stickers.
• Develop and manage the company's social media strategy, content calendar, customer engagement, and online reputation. (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
• Create and execute weekly marketing campaigns, including email marketing, TruckPaper advertising, app push notifications, social media campaigns, and promotional graphics.
• Identify and implement new marketing channels and strategies to increase truck exposure and generate qualified sales leads.
• Manage and track incoming marketing and social media leads and ensure they are promptly communicated to the Sales Team.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage company events, community events, customer events, and promotional activities.
• Maintain consistent company branding across all digital print, advertising, and event materials.
• Manage marketing platforms and automation systems, including ManyChat and FloDesk.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team and company leadership to develop marketing initiatives that support sales and company growth.
• Track key marketing KPIs, report results during weekly EOS meetings, and prepare monthly marketing and lead-generation reports.
• Manage internal company communications and graphics, including new hires, anniversaries, birthdays, achievements, and company announcements.
• Continually evaluate marketing performance and develop new ideas to improve lead generation, customer engagement, and ROI.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs., bend, stoop, and safely open and close truck hoods as required for inventory photography and marketing.
