You'll play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing the machines that help us beautify the greater Baltimore, Washington, DC, and Northern Virginia areas.What We're Looking ForExpertise in small engine repair, particularly 2-cycle engines used in grounds care, landscaping, and snow and ice equipmentThe proper methods of servicing landscaping equipment and the repair and adjustment of power mowing equipment.Working knowledge of the general operation of gasoline, diesel, and electric-powered equipment.Ability to change oil, hydraulic, and all other necessary fluids in a variety of different vehicles and equipment.A solid understanding of servicing and repairing power mowing equipmentConfidence in changing oil, hydraulic, and other essential fluids across various equipmentFamiliarity with Toro commercial stand-on mowers and general knowledge of gasoline, diesel, and electric-powered equipmentTech-savviness and the ability to quickly learn new computer softwareStrong mechanical and diagnostic skills with a knack for troubleshootingExcellent communication skills and experience managing shop personnelSafety-focused individual with the ability to maintain a clean and secure workspaceKnowledge of tire repair and maintenance.Mechanical and diagnostic ability.Experience managing shop personnel.Great communication skills.
