DAYTIME TEAM MEMBERS WANTED!! Looking for a job that works with your daytime schedule? We are looking for team members who are available to work anywhere between 6AM-4PM. You do not have to work the entire shift. It can be 8AM-2PM, 11AM-4PM, or 9AM-3PM. Come grow with us! This could be a great fit for: College students with afternoon or evening classes; Parents with kids in school; Anyone looking for daytime work hours; or Anyone who wants their evenings free Team Member Overview At Chick-fil-A, Customer Service Team members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day. We are looking for both full-time and part-time Customer Service Team Members who are hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, and honest. Greeting and serving guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality. Taking orders and making accurate changes quickly. Demonstrating knowledge of the brand, products, and promotions. Ensuring guest complaints are resolved properly and swiftly. Ensuring product quality and consistency. Assisting leadership in executing opening and/or closing procedures. Modeling and supporting clear communications between the front counter and kitchen staff. Following sanitation and safety procedures. Maintaining consistent attendance and punctuality. Requirements Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and work in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and lift heavy objects, as needed. Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace. Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic. Positive attitude. Customer service oriented. Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Honors and encourages others to follow the visions and values of the business. Treats others with honor, dignity, and respect.
