Location: Vermont (Hybrid / Remote Options Available) Description: We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join our practice. Rather than forcing this position into a one‑size‑fits‑all role, we are intentionally structuring it as one opportunity with three possible tracks, depending on experience, location, and professional goals. This role is well‑suited for attorneys coming from larger firms, attorneys seeking more autonomy and balance, or attorneys looking for a focused remote role. Role Tracks Available Track 1: Vermont‑Based Practice A full residential and commercial real estate role for a VT‑based attorney who enjoys autonomy, closings, and strong professional relationships. Track 2: Relocation to Vermont For attorneys currently practicing in larger or urban markets who are ready to leave the city grind for a more sustainable pace—without sacrificing sophisticated legal work. Track 3: Remote Title Review & Oversight A remote role focused on high‑level title review, commitments, opinions, and oversight of title delivery. No closings, client meetings, or business development required. Qualifications 5–10 years of real estate law experience Licensed in Vermont or licensed elsewhere and eligible to waive into Vermont Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills Hybrid or remote flexibility available following initial training and onboarding.
