Agentforce Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Agentforce Product Manager to define and manage the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Salesforce Agentforce capabilities integrated with Salesforce Data Cloud. The role focuses on enterprise AI product management, backlog prioritization, responsible AI governance, agent evaluation, and cross-functional delivery to ensure scalable, secure, and business-driven AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Agentforce intake, evaluate business requirements, and identify reusable enterprise AI capabilities.
• Define product strategy, roadmap, feature priorities, and delivery plans for Agentforce use cases.
• Own and maintain the product backlog, including epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
• Partner with Data Cloud teams to define governed data context, unified profiles, permissions, and agent grounding requirements.
• Coordinate planning and dependencies across architecture, engineering, security, privacy, and AI governance teams.
• Ensure responsible AI compliance through governance reviews, access controls, guardrails, documentation, and human oversight.
• Lead cross-functional teams through design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Define evaluation criteria for agent accuracy, grounded responses, reliability, security, traceability, and user experience.
• Drive adoption through stakeholder engagement, training, user feedback, and continuous product improvement.
• Track business value, adoption, product quality, risk, and delivery performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product management, AI products, CRM platforms, data platforms, automation, or enterprise SaaS.
• Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce and Salesforce Data Cloud, or comparable enterprise AI and customer data platforms.
• Strong understanding of AI agents, workflows, grounding, context management, access controls, and responsible AI governance.
• Experience managing product roadmaps, agile backlogs, user stories, and release planning.
• Knowledge of AI evaluation, human oversight, security, privacy, and enterprise governance requirements.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across business, engineering, architecture, data, security, and compliance.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent qualifications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud, Agentforce, APIs, workflow automation, and enterprise integrations.
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks, prompt and grounding design, model evaluation, monitoring, and incident management.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other regulated industries.
• Advanced degree or relevant Salesforce certifications.
