• Diagnose and manage psychiatric disorders
  
• Perform admission histories, psychiatric assessments, and physicals
  
• Conduct rounds on inpatient behavioral health units
  
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies, prescribe medications
  
• Coordinate care with psychiatrists, social workers, and other staff
