You will be responsible for building and leading strong shifts, empowering team members, and championing a positive attitude throughout our restaurant. Key Responsibilities:
- Run shifts effectively to deliver great food and exceptional guest service.
- Demonstrate positive and effective leadership as a role model for the team.
- Support the development of a high-performing team by acting as a coach and mentor.
- Maintain compliance with all operational and food safety procedures.
We're Looking For Someone With:
- A genuine, smiling personality and excitement to come to work!

- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Passionate and positive leadership qualities.
- 1-2 years of restaurant experience is preferred.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
