Harris ML Group/MDM Flawless Finish is an authorized franchise with Jani-King commercial cleaning services. We are seeking a janitorial technician to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
This ad hires for multiple facilities in this location. Accounts pay a flat rate
Responsibilities:
Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors
Perform routine maintenance tasks
Organize custodial closets and spaces
Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
Work Mon/Wed/Fri or Tue/Thurs/Fri
Qualifications:
Must be available to work after 5pm
Ability to stand for 2-3 hours consecutively.
Ability to handle a physical workload.
Ability to lift 15 lbs.
Must be able to work indenpendently
Strong attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills.
Commerical cleaning experience is highly desired but not mandatory.
