Job Description & Requirements Specialty: PACU - Post Anesthesia Care Discipline: RN Start Date: 08/23/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Summary: Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Registered Nurse (RN) position located in Atlanta, Georgia. This role involves providing high-quality patient care in a post-anesthesia setting, primarily during night shifts. It is a 13-week assignment with scheduled hours from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on weekends. Job Details Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, weekend shifts, 13 weeks duration Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, and ability to work night shifts. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in post-anesthesia or PACU nursing, BLS and ACLS certifications. Additional Information: The role requires adherence to hospital policies and clinical protocols specific to the post-anesthesia care setting. Candidates must be prepared to manage acute patient care, including monitoring recovery from anesthesia and addressing postoperative complications. Local candidates within 50 miles are not eligible for this assignment.
