Warehouse AssociateLocation: Lexington, NCPay Rate: $17.00 per hourSchedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Occasional Saturdays required during peak/busy season)Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and experienced High Reach / Cherry Picker Operator to join our 1st shift warehouse team in Lexington, NC. In this role, you will safely operate high-reach equipment to pick, stage, and store inventory in a clean, climate-controlled facility.Key Responsibilities:Safely operate high-reach cherry pickers and order selectors to retrieve or store goods at elevated levels.Accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.Inspect equipment before use and adhere strictly to all OSHA and facility safety protocols.Assist with receiving, loading, unloading, and inventory counts as needed.Keep work areas and aisles clean, organized, and hazard-free.Qualifications & Requirements:Experience: Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience operating a high-reach cherry picker / order picker.Physical Requirements: Ability to comfortably work at heights, lift up to 50 lbs periodically, and stand/walk throughout a full shift.Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctual attendance, and willingness to work overtime/Saturdays when workload demands.Skills: High attention to detail, basic math, and RF scanner experience preferred.Work Environment & Perks:Air-Conditioned Facility: Work comfortably year-round in a climate-controlled warehouse environment.Temp to hire full time with BenefitsLocal Team: Collaborative, safety-focused workplace culture
