REQUIREMENTS
Prior experience in intellectual property litigation matters, including patent and/or trade secret. A bachelor’s or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent is preferred. Candidates must be highly motivated and possess excellent academic credentials along with superior writing and communication skills.
