Physician Assistant

We are committed to cultivating the next generation of dermatology professionals through hands-on, mentorship-driven training. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a full-time clinical training role. Over the course of at least one year, you will work directly alongside our lead physician, gaining comprehensive, real-world exposure to dermatological care in a high-volume, patient-centered practice. This position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about dermatology and committed to building a strong clinical foundation. Responsibilities Assist the lead physician during patient consultations, procedures, and follow-up appointments Prepare exam rooms, instruments, and patient charts prior to appointments Document patient histories, treatment notes, and procedural details accurately Support clinical staff with patient intake, vitals, and rooming Learn and perform basic dermatological procedures under direct physician supervision Maintain a clean, organized, and HIPAA-compliant clinical environment Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients and their families Participate in ongoing staff education and training sessions Qualifications 1 year as a Dermatology Medical Assistant Strong interpersonal and communication skills High attention to detail and a willingness to learn Professional, dependable, and team-oriented demeanor Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus Ability to work Monday through Friday, full-time Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Experience: Dermatology Medical Assistant: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Naples, FL 34109 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: Naples, FL 34109: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
