Major Responsibilities: Perform a variety of general cleaning tasks including, but not limited to: Sweeping/mopping floors, buffing floors, spot cleaning, trash collection and removal, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning restrooms and break rooms, and replenishing supplies. Ensure that all work performed is in accordance with customer's and company expectations. Complete required reports including communicating work completed, hours used and information needed for billing. Attend training class involving project and special service work. Travel throughout the Charlotte metro area in a company provided vehicle assisting with cleaning multiple sites as needed. Ensure that equipment and vehicles are maintained in a clean, operable condition. Stay up to date on all new technologies and procedures pertaining to special services. Order and maintain adequate levels of necessary supplies and materials. Perform such other duties as assigned by your manager.
