Job Overview – Recruiting Coordinator Compensation: $35 – $40/hour (Dependent on Experience) Location: Boston, MA Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid) Atlantic Group is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator in Boston, MA for our client, supporting talent acquisition operations, interview coordination, and candidate experience initiatives. This hybrid contract-to-hire opportunity is ideal for a highly organized recruiting professional with experience using Greenhouse and coordinating high-volume hiring processes. The role plays a critical part in ensuring an efficient recruiting process while delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring teams. Responsibilities as the Recruiting Coordinator: Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate virtual and onsite interviews, manage calendars, communicate with candidates and interview teams, and oversee interview logistics. Candidate Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the interview process, ensuring a professional, organized, and positive candidate experience. Applicant Tracking: Manage candidate records, job postings, interview scheduling, and hiring workflows within the Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System. Recruiting Operations: Coordinate candidate travel, process recruiting-related expenses, maintain recruiting documentation, and support day-to-day talent acquisition activities. Recruiting Projects: Assist with recruiting events, campus recruiting initiatives, reporting, and process improvement projects that enhance recruiting operations. Cross Functional Support: Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure hiring processes are completed efficiently and accurately. Qualifications for the Recruiting Coordinator: Education: Bachelor's degree is preferred. Experience: 1–3 years of recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, human resources, or related experience is required. Industry Knowledge: Experience supporting high-volume recruiting, interview coordination, and applicant tracking processes is required. Technical Skills: Experience with Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System is required. Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Gmail and Google Sheets, is required.
