Job Summary:
We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to help bring Reolink's security cameras and smart home solutions to life through striking visual design. This role will focus on producing polished graphics across digital and print channels that highlight product features like 4K clarity, color night vision, AI-powered detection, solar power, and weatherproof durability while building trust, reassurance, and aspiration around home and business protection.
You'll work hand-in-hand with the Content Production Manager, Head of Marketing, Copywriter, marketing team, and HQ to create bold, brand-forward visuals for digital campaigns, social media, website assets, product launches, retail displays, email marketing, and packaging. The ideal candidate combines strong design craft and typographic sensibility with a sharp storytelling instinct, able to make security tech feel approachable, modern, and empowering for everyday homeowners and small business owners.

Key Responsibilities:
● Design on-brand graphics for social media, digital ads, website hero content, email marketing, and product launches.
● Create static graphics that clearly communicate key product features (e.g., crystal-clear 4K/16MP resolution, vivid color night vision, 180&degree;/360&degree; panoramic views, solar-powered reliability, and smart AI detection).
● Design packaging, retail displays, point-of-sale materials, and print collateral that align with brand standards.
● Develop marketing assets such as banners, landing pages, one-pagers, spec sheets, and trade show materials.
● Collaborate with the Content Production Manager and cross-functional teams (Social, PR, Retail Marketing, Product) to storyboard and execute campaign concepts.
● Maintain a consistent visual identity that feels trustworthy, innovative, clean, and premium while staying true to global brand guidelines and North American consumer preferences.
● Build and maintain design systems, templates, and style guides that speed up content production across the team.
● Stay current on design trends in consumer tech, home security, and lifestyle content to keep [Company]'s creative output fresh and competitive.
● Archive and organize assets in a digital asset management system, ensuring easy access for teams.
● Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing quick-turn social content with longer campaign deliverables.

Qualifications:
● 3 - 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally in consumer tech, electronics, home/security products, lifestyle, or related fields.
● Strong portfolio demonstrating brand design, digital and print layout, packaging, and social-first content.
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with After Effects or basic motion graphics a plus.
● Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
● Experience designing for multiple platforms and formats (Instagram, TikTok, website, e-commerce, retail, print).
● Ability to translate technical product features into clear, engaging, and accurate visuals.
● Strong collaboration skills; comfortable working with creative, marketing, and agency teams.
● Knowledge of digital content optimization (aspect ratios, file formats, print specs for web/social/retail).
● Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

*This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days onsite and 2 days remote each week.

 

Pay Range

$75,000—$90,000 USD
