We are Kennedy's Irish Pub a family owned Bar/restaurant owned by the same family for 53 years.

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and experienced prep/line cook to join our team specifically look for days shifts

Responsibilities

Assist lead cook with basic cooking and kitchen task Examples (plating food, putting food in broiler, stocking line, portioning)
prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes and standards
properly label and store food items in cooler
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized prep area
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications

Previous experience as line/prep cook
Strong knife skills and basic cooking knowledge techniques
ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast paced environment
Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills
Must be DEPENDABLE
