Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and experienced prep/line cook to join our team specifically look for days shifts
Responsibilities
- Assist lead cook with basic cooking and kitchen task Examples (plating food, putting food in broiler, stocking line, portioning)
- prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes and standards
- properly label and store food items in cooler
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized prep area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous experience as line/prep cook
- Strong knife skills and basic cooking knowledge techniques
- ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills
- Must be DEPENDABLE
