3PL Team Lead

Ninja is seeking a motivated and experienced 3PL Team Lead to oversee our third-party logistics operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the logistics team, ensuring seamless coordination with third-party logistics providers, and driving operational excellence in our supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the 3PL logistics team, providing direction and support to ensure the successful execution of logistics strategies.
Coordinate with third-party logistics providers to optimize supply chain operations and improve service levels.
Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, leveraging insights to implement process improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all logistics operations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with 3PL partners, negotiating contracts and service agreements.
Conduct training and development for team members to enhance skills and knowledge in logistics operations.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align logistics operations with broader business strategies.
Address and resolve logistics-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with a focus on third-party logistics.
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role managing a logistics or operations team.
- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with logistics providers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in logistics management software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
