Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• 40 hours per week.
• May be expected to float between outpatient clinics approximately 15 minutes apart.
