The team works collaboratively to maintain high standards of care, education, and professionalism, creating a positive environment for both children and staff.\nRole Description The Toddler Teacher is responsible for providing attentive, developmentally appropriate care and learning experiences for toddlers in an on-site classroom setting in Arlington, TX. This full-time role includes planning and implementing daily lessons and activities that support language development, motor skills, social interaction, and early learning. Responsibilities include supervising children to ensure safety, maintaining a clean and organized classroom, and following center policies and state childcare regulations. The Toddler Teacher will observe and document children’s progress, communicate regularly with families about their child’s day and development, and collaborate with colleagues to coordinate classroom routines and curriculum. The role also involves modeling positive behavior, supporting children through transitions, and participating in ongoing training and professional development.\nQualifications\n\n Candidates should possess skills in Lesson Planning and Teaching to design and deliver age-appropriate activities for toddlers.\n Candidates should possess skills in Education and Training to apply early childhood principles and participate in ongoing professional development.\n Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with children, families, and team members.\n Experience working with toddlers or in early childhood education settings is highly beneficial.\n Knowledge of child development, safety practices, and classroom management is preferred.\n Ability to maintain patience, empathy, and professionalism in a fast-paced childcare environment.\n High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant coursework or credentials in Early Childhood Education are a plus.\n Ability to meet state licensing requirements, including background checks and health clearances.\n
