Travel Registered Nurse

Certifications: BLS, ACLS required

Must-Have: Previous charge experience is preferred

Experience with patient ratios, charting systems, and community hospital settings is preferred

Travel experience is required

Description: This position involves working 3 nights per week from 19:00 to 07:30. The unit comprises a diverse patient population, including medical-surgical cases. Nurses will be responsible for managing various patient needs, including telemetry monitoring. Skills necessary for this role include managing central lines, administering medications, and performing wound care. Nurses must demonstrate competence in advanced cardiac life support and basic life support. Knowledge in the care of patients with respiratory needs is essential. Interdisciplinary support will be available from various healthcare professionals. Candidates should be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment. All applicants must meet the minimum experience requirements and have the necessary certifications. Previous travelers and candidates with a specialty in medical-surgical nursing will be given preference.
