We're looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Producer to join our growing insurance team. This role rewards hustle — the more you write, the more you earn, with commission rates that increase as your production grows. Producers who bring in their own leads earn full first-year commission on that business.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a drive to exceed sales goals
• Insurance license (or willingness to obtain one) — adjust based on your requirements
• Prior sales or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable with a performance-based pay structure
