Shift: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm Term: Temporary (3+ months), potential for permanent for the right fit! Pay: $16.50 – $18/hour DOE What You Will Do: Serve as first point of contact for the public Answering phones Welcoming visitors to the office Maintaining the appearance of the front office Delivering messages Managing constituent correspondence Oversee intern Assist staff with a variety of tasks What You Will Bring: High school diploma or equivalent required Excellent customer service and communication skills strongly preferred Eager to learn and fantastic work ethic Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Approaches direction and feedback with a team-focused mindset Demonstrate professional & positive attitude Ability to be flexible and prioritize new tasks as needed Strong time management *Successful applicant(s) may be subject to a background check.
