Job Overview: A law firm seeks a mid-level Capital Markets Associate in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience in securities offerings and assisting public companies with reporting obligations. This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic team with a strong track record in handling complex and high-profile deals. Duties Assist in securities offerings and transactions. Support public companies with reporting obligations. Collaborate with investment banks and regulators. Navigate deals from launch through pricing and closing. Requirements 3rd to 6th year associate experience in capital markets. Proven track record in securities offerings. Experience with public company reporting. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in Texas. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
