HRIS Analyst

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our digital HR transformation, supporting and configuring our Workday platform while enabling cross-border collaboration that drives our business forward.This isn't just an analyst role—it's an opportunity to shape how a growing, multinational organization leverages HR technology to deliver unified, data-driven people solutions across geographies.What You'll DoServe as a technical liaison with Printpack Mexico, providing Workday support, configuration, and consultation - fully in Spanish and EnglishConfigure and optimize Workday within assigned functional areas, translating business needs into technical solutionsLead system testing and deployment of new or enhanced functionality, including semi-annual Workday releases and regression testingDrive process improvement by identifying opportunities for system optimization, automation, and emerging technology integration (including AI tools)Develop and deliver bilingual training materials and documentation to support change management and knowledge transfer across both U.S. and Mexico teamsEnsure data integrity and security in compliance with Printpack's Information Security policies and data protection standardsBuild advanced reports and dashboards and cross-train in additional Workday functional areas for backup and expanded capabilityWhat You BringRequired:Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal), particularly in communicating technological concepts, system processes, and technical documentationExperience in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)Hands-on experience with Workday (Production or Implementation setting)Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and project management skillsTechnical expertise in HRIS configuration and administrationAbility to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all organizational levelsComprehensive understanding of HR processes, systems, tools, and metricsPreferred:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fieldWorkday Pro Certification in one or more functional areasAwareness of emerging AI technologies and their application to HR systemsExperience with additional HRIS platforms (e.g., UKG Pro, Oracle PeopleSoft, SAP SuccessFactors, DayForce, or ADP Lyric/Vantage HCM/SmartCompliance)What Sets This Role Apart:This position is uniquely designed for a bilingual technology professional who can:Communicate complex Workday configurations and system processes in Spanish - not just conversationally, but with technical precisionBridge two business units by unifying system configurations, reporting, and support across the U.S. and MexicoDirectly contribute to a high-impact payroll integration project that will position Printpack for long-term cross-border technological excellenceExplore and apply emerging technologies, including AI and automation, to continuously improve HRIS processesWork Environment & Details:Classification: Salary ExemptLocation: Atlanta - Hybrid; in-office requirementsTravel: Minimal, as neededReports to: HR Systems Manager IIOccasional off-hours work to support business initiativesMust be 18+ and pass pre-employment screening (drug test, background check)Internal candidates must demonstrate Core Values and maintain excellent standingWhy This Role Matters:Printpack is on a journey to become a more mature digital organization, and our Workday platform is at the center of that transformation.
