We are seeking a PRN Chaplain to join our team in the Wichita Falls area. If you have a heart for serving others and a passion for supporting individuals and families through compassion and presence, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do:

• Provide spiritual and emotional support to hospice patients and their families.
• Assess spiritual needs and develop individualized spiritual care plans.
• Offer prayer, counseling, and supportive visits based on patient preferences and beliefs.
• Support families through grief and emotional challenges.
• Collaborate with nurses, social workers, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as needed.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation within the EMR system.
