Full-time, year-round work with consistent scheduling.

What You'll Be Doing
Diagnose & Repair Pool Equipment

• Troubleshoot pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, timers, plumbing, and pool equipment
• Identify root causes and provide effective repair solutions
• Perform equipment replacements and installations as needed

Work Independently in the Field

• Manage your daily repair schedule efficiently
• Use mobile apps to document repairs, notes, and customer updates
• Maintain truck inventory, tools, and organization

Deliver Great Customer Service

• Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs and recommendations
• Educate homeowners on equipment conditions and preventative maintenance
• Represent Patriot Pool & Spa with professionalism and positivity

What We're Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Pool repair experience preferred, but mechanically inclined candidates are encouraged to apply
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and accountability
• Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather conditions
• Ability to manage your day independently in the field
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report

Bonus Points If You Have

• Pool equipment repair experience
• Plumbing or electrical experience
• Experience with Pentair, Hayward, or Jandy systems
• Heater diagnostics and automation programming experience
• Previous field service or repair route experience
• CPO Certification

What the Day-to-Day Looks Like

• Driving between customer locations in a company vehicle
• Diagnosing and solving equipment issues independently
• Working outdoors in Florida's heat and varying weather conditions
• Lifting equipment and materials up to 50+ lbs
• Using mobile technology throughout the day
• Delivering excellent customer service while solving technical problems
