Neuroscience Sales Specialist (Atlanta, GA territory)- Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Neuroscience Sales Specialist for the Atlanta, Georgia territory to drive sales of neuroscience products, primarily CAPLYTA®, while meeting compliance standards. The role involves direct engagement with healthcare providers and mental health centers to promote treatments for neuropsychiatric disorders.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and meet forecasts through in-person and virtual outreach to healthcare providers and mental health centers
- Develop deep product and disease state knowledge to engage in clinical conversations with healthcare professionals
- Manage assigned budget effectively and customize client interactions based on customer needs
- Develop local strategic and tactical plans with regional leadership and monitor market dynamics and key influencers
- Maintain accurate administrative records including call data, expenses, samples, and training completion
Requirements
- Minimum two years healthcare sales, account management, or B2B sales experience
- Bachelor's degree from accredited institution
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Three-plus years specialty pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
- Launch, antipsychotic, or bipolar disorder sales experience highly preferred
- Strong integrity and demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care
