Driving category growth for the Coffee & Beverage Division, the full-time Category Management Manager will manage customer relationships, analyze sales data, and develop strategic category plans, with the flexibility to work remotely. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to align category strategies with business objectives Analyze sales data and KPIs to assess category initiatives and optimize performance Develop comprehensive category plans that include product assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies Required Qualifications University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years of related work experience 7+ years of relevant work experience in category, sales, or marketing roles 3+ years of experience in Category Development/Management roles in the CPG industry Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills Analytical experience with Circana or other omni syndicated data preferred
