Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at our Macon, GA location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing processes, improving operational systems, and ensuring efficient workflow to support our company’s growth and success. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve productivity and quality. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management. Lead, mentor, and supervise operations staff to foster a positive and productive work environment. Collaborate with other departments such as sales, finance, and customer service to align operational goals. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as needed. Oversee inventory management and supply chain logistics. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred. Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficient in MS Office and operations management software. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
