Job description

Responsibilities

The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for the development and implementation of ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) modules including Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, and Knowledge Management. Experience in HR service delivery is advantageous. The role involves extending the ServiceNow schema to create custom applications and leveraging platform capabilities such as Discovery and Orchestration. Key responsibilities include designing complex workflows, writing automated scripts, and performing API integrations within the ServiceNow environment. Candidates should have proficiency in Business Rules, Web Services, Access Control Rules, and Scripting. Certification in ITIL/ServiceNow is preferred. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and effective time management are essential.

**Experience (Years):** 10 & Above

**Essential Skills:**

- Extensive experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Configuration, Change, Knowledge Management).

- Ability to extend ServiceNow schema for custom application development.

- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform capabilities like Discovery and Orchestration.

- Strong skills in designing complex workflows and writing automated scripts.

- Experience with API integrations within ServiceNow.

- Knowledge of Business Rules, Web Services, Access Control Rules, and Scripting.

- Certification in ITIL/ServiceNow is a plus.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and effective time management.

**Desirable Skills:**

- Experience in HR service delivery within ServiceNow.

- Additional certifications or advanced training in ServiceNow.
