Step into an impactful full-time opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist focused on supporting Kindergarten through 8th-grade students. This contract role offers a balanced schedule of 4 days per week and 30 hours per week, providing ample time to deliver meaningful speech and language services within a school-based setting near Casa Grande, AZ. Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Current Arizona Department of Public Safety IVP fingerprint clearance card
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior experience working with pediatric populations or in school-based settings
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to K-8 students in individual and small-group settings
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify communication disorders and students’ needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education program (IEP) goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports, following district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to educational planning
- Utilize provided two work-from-home days per month to complete documentation or remote services
