DataLab Marketing Technology Team PositionDataLab's Marketing Technology Team is at the core of creating and executing value creation for our clients. Candidates must be technically proficient and possess good interpersonal, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.No sponsorship Available for this roleCandidates must be local to Germantown, MDKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop production scripts, tables, stored procedures, views and functionsDevelop quality control for production/campaign tasksDevelop automated reportingSet up data warehousing metadataSet up new ETL feeds and QC as neededBuild initial data utilization routinesExecute and maintain campaign universe preparation and suppression update, campaign selection, and campaign creative assignment scriptsUnderstand the technical environment and data available within DataLabUnderstand account's business objectives, terminology and business requirementsUnderstand DataLab's hygiene and matching process for dataAd hoc code review, DB data audit, log audit, process replication, report generation, data extractsCreate process overviews, process flows, run notes and code notesProactively identify owned production processes that need enhancementTroubleshoot production processesRequired Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in a STEM field2–3 years of relevant work experienceStrong SQL skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Ability to translate high-level instructions into an executable process flowStructured programming skills, including object-oriented design knowledge (C++ or Python experience a plus)Direct marketing experience or knowledge (a plus)Strong attention to detail, with solid documentation and organizational skillsSelf-motivated, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment$80,000 - $100,000 a year The base pay range provided serves as a general guideline.
