In this role, you will provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in the comfort of their own homes, helping them regain independence and improve their daily functioning. You will work closely with a supervising Physical Therapist and a team of dedicated healthcare professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care.
