Japanese Business Network - Private Tax Senior Manager

Job Summary

Lead large tax projects and innovate processes to ensure operational excellence. Interact with senior clients, leverage influence, knowledge, and network to deliver quality results, and mentor teams to sustain high performance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• Minimum six years of experience
• CPA, Member of the Bar, or other relevant tax, technology, or finance credentials (may qualify)
• Ability to speak, read, and write Japanese

• Proven ability to identify and address client needs
• Experience building and utilizing client relationships
• Strong communication skills to articulate benefits
• Proficiency in managing resource requirements and project workflow
• Experience supervising teams to foster trust
• Ability to provide timely feedback to staff

• Experience innovating through new technologies
• Proficiency in using digitization tools

Travel

Travel up to 20% of the time.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $124,000 - $335,000. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, and location. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more.
