HOME EVERY 2 WEEKS – WE KEEP YOU ROLLING!

We are a private fleet looking for OTR Team and Solo Drivers.

Pay:

Teams start at $0.80 per mile split, ALL MILES PAID
Solos start at $0.60 per mil, ALL MILES PAID

Mileage:

Most teams average 5,000–5,500 miles per week (more miles = more pay!)
Solos averager 2,700-3,000 miles per week

Earnings: Teams averaging 5,000 miles can make $4,000 per week split
Schedule: Out 2 weeks, home 2 days
What We Offer:

$2,500 Sign-On Bonus (Per Driver)
$2,500 Referral Bonus
Quarterly Safety Bonus for safe driving

Paid Time Off:

Earn 2.31 hours weekly (equals 3 weeks per year)
Starts Day of Hire

11 Paid Holidays (Starts Day of Hire)
Extra Pay:

Detention: $10/hour per driver after 2nd hour (no cap)
Stops: $50 per driver for qualified stops
Breakdowns & weather delays covered
Orientation pay: $500

Bonuses: Clean DOT inspections, driver recognition programs
Per Diem offered
Equipment: 2023 or newer Volvos, Freightliners, InternationalsGoverned at 70 MPH, all automatic
Technology: E-logs, Omnitracs, Best Pass/PrePass

Must be 24 years of age
Must have a Class A CDL (no endorsements required)
Must have a Clean MVR and Background
Minimum 2 years of verifiable OTR experience
