• Revenue Operations: Develop, manage, and continuously improve the processes connecting sales, marketing, and customer success.
• CRM & Automation: Take hands-on ownership of CRM systems, workflow automation, lead tracking, data integrity, and operational efficiency.
• Sales Performance: Build dashboards, track KPIs, analyze conversion rates, manage pipeline visibility, and improve revenue forecasting.
• Growth Infrastructure: Create scalable processes for lead generation, customer acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
• Strategic Execution: Work directly with leadership to identify opportunities, improve accountability, and turn business objectives into measurable results.
• Sales Enablement: Support territory planning, sales compensation tracking, reporting, and performance optimization.

Required:

• Minimum 3 years of direct Revenue Operations (RevOps) experience .
• Proven experience managing CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent systems.
• Strong analytical skills, including pipeline reporting, forecasting, and operational performance metrics.
• Demonstrated success improving revenue processes and implementing automation.
• A highly self-motivated, independent personality with strong leadership potential.
• A hands-on, problem-solving approach and the confidence to take ownership without constant supervision.
• Ability to work full-time, on-site in Boca Raton, Florida.

Preferred: Experience in a growing company, healthcare, medical technology, or a similarly dynamic commercial environment.
