The clinician will manage mixed pediatric and adult cases requiring board certification and fellowship training in pediatric anesthesia while maintaining strong adult skill set capabilities. The position operates under a supervision model with typically 1:3 CRNA oversight and requires flexibility to run individual rooms when needed. The credentialing process requires 60-90 days completion time.
