Radiology Technologist - Full-Time Day

Position Overview Radiology Technologist at Providence Portland Medical Center, Portland, OR. Full‑time day shift. $6,000 sign‑on bonus for eligible external candidates. Pay range $36.99 – $57.44 per hour. Responsibilities • Perform imaging examinations according to physicians’ orders using a variety of sophisticated imaging equipment.

• Consider each patient’s unique and age‑related needs, applying clinical knowledge and judgment for proper positioning, technique and radiation dose calibration.
• Ensure high‑quality images while maintaining minimal radiation exposure to patient and operator, following ALARA principles.

Required Qualifications Education that meets certification, license or registration requirements. Oregon Radiographer License upon hire or Oregon Radiographer Temporary License upon hire. National Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists within 180 days of hire. National Provider BLS – American Heart Association certification upon hire. New graduates must hold an OBMI temporary license and obtain a permanent license within 6 months of hire.
