HealthCARE Express is looking for dependable, energetic people to join our D.O.F.I. team!

What's a D.O.F.I.?
Director of First Impressions. And honestly, that title says it all.

This front desk position is one of the most important roles in our clinics. You're the first smile patients see, the voice they hear on the phone, and a huge part of creating a positive patient experience from start to finish.

What you'll do:

In this role, you'll greet patients, verify information, answer phones, assist with patient questions, process payments, verify insurance, and help keep patient accounts and clinic documentation organized and accurate. You'll also help maintain confidentiality standards while working closely with both patients and medical staff throughout the day.

We're looking for someone who can stay professional in a fast-paced environment, communicate well with others, and jump in where needed. Flexibility is important, as team members may occasionally help with tasks outside their usual routine and participate in cross-training opportunities.

Schedule & Pay
• $15.00/hr
• 12-hour shifts (8AM–8PM)
• Rotating Saturdays
• 30+ hours weekly

What We're Looking For
Strong customer service skills, good communication, organizational ability, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Previous medical office or clinic experience is helpful but not required.
